GO TEAM
I totally have Olympic fever. I watched the opening ceremony, swimming (of course), water polo (why not?), gymnastics and even bicycling. I have such an appreciation for these amazing athletes. GIRL CRUSH
Over the weekend I checked out the Dark Knight Rises and LOVED it. I especially loved Marion Cotillard’s role. I have had a major girl crush on her ever since I saw her in La vie en Rose. I really love the spread she did for the August issue of Vogue. She is so elegant, the Christian Dior dress she wore for the London premiere is my favorite.

IN THE KITCHEN: CRISPY TOFU TACOS
I have been on a fresh taco kick lately. This one in particular is a favorite of mine. All fresh ingredient with a great mix of textures. I think the reason why I love tacos is because they are so easy to change up, use just black beans, shrimp, fish its so versatile. This recipe is all eyeballed because I made only 3. HAPPY FRIDAY
This week was great because I sent my fourth wedding invite off to print. It’s always an exciting and nerve racking part of the design processes. IN THE KITCHEN: SEAFOOD BOIL
A couple weekends ago I had a craving for seafood, it never fails that I would have a craving for crab in the Summer time. I decided I wanted to test my cooking skills and make my own seafood boil. RIDING HIGH
I love ferris wheels, I think I love them even more during the summer. I love the mix of excitement, the butterflies, the bright colors. It definitely brings out the kid in me. Since my Sunday fun day last month I started looking for images of ferris wheels. There are some great images out there.

DRESS ENVY NO MORE!
You may remember a post from a few weeks ago of a girl dressed in an amazing dress. Well lucky for me my good friend has an amazing seamstress that is pretty much a magician. NICE DECK
For awhile now I have been wanting a skateboard, but I am not sure if I want it to ride or use it as a piece of art. I currently have a board on my wall that I created when I was in college. I love vintage boards, so maybe the vintage boards for the walls and a fun Globe cruiser-board to ride.
