Current/Elliott relaunched the original denim collection, reintroducing the customer to what the brand was known for: the boyfriend jean. The launch also included updates to C/E’s other classic styles. The goal was to show the denim on different body types, making it more inclusive and easier to see how the denim fits on every woman.
Work featured:
Ecomm images: The main goal for this collection was showing the denim fit on different body types.
Website: Created a new category within the site highlighting each fit and breaking up the grid of product with small animated spots.
Campaign images: Images used for website, newsletters and social channels.
Videos: Created videos for each fit, highlighting different features of each style. These videos are used on social, digital marketing and the website.
Newsletters: Highlighting each fit

Newsletters: Redesigned newsletters for Joie. A clean, sophisticated design that makes the images and product the central focus of each layout.
The concept behind this shoot was to juxtapose the natural method used to dye this collection with a more high contrast tie dye effect. This was an important introduction to C/E’s wholesale accounts, like Bloomingdales, that a new collection dyed with natural materials was launching.

Campaign image: Still life featuring a piece from the collection
Newsletter: Sent to wholesale accounts getting them excited about a new collection.
Current/Elliott collaborated with the cult fashion house The Vampire’s Wife to create a collection that fused C/E’s denim sensibilities with TVW’s gothic heroine aesthetic.
Work featured:
Ecommerce images: To make this collaboration stand out, the direction for these ecomm images needed to be dramatically different than the C/E product. To accomplish this, we introduced a pink carpet and hired a model with a more gothic appearance.
Website: Incorporating the campaign imagery and flat shots of the product gave a fresh take to this exciting collaboration’s Project Landing Page.
Social posts: To hint at this great collaboration, we created a teaser IG post that sparked a lot of interaction with viewers. It’s still one of the highest to date. Once the collection launched, a beautiful grid of the impactful campaign images helped support the official launch of the collection.
Retail installation: To bring the same experience from online into the retail store, we used a lightbox to show the campaign imagery and added The Vampire’s Wife logo as a floor decal to welcome you as you enter the space.
Newsletters: To further support the collection, we did a photoshoot refresh to give the collection a spark of newness after utilizing the same product and images for a couple months.

Website: Updated the website with new dynamic ecom imagery, creating another level of engagement to the site overall.
Ecomm images: Added more movement with the models, created different cropping of the product so when viewed, gives that page a more dynamic appearance. Introduced a “stylized shot” - the second product image as a lifestyle photograph, showing how the garment moves and looks when worn. The goal was to give the product more personality, stepping away from the standard ecom setting.
